Voluntary Flight Changes / Cancellations

• Can I change or cancel my flight reservation in case my travel plans have changed, and what fees are involved?

  All fare types are non-refundable; therefore, cancellation is not allowed. Rebooking is allowed depending on your ticket fare restrictions.

• Can I cancel a non-refundable ticket?

  Unfortunately, cancellation is not allowed. All fare types are non-refundable.

• What should I do if I need to change my flight last minute due to an emergency?

  Please contact our Reservation and Ticketing hotline at +63 2 5 328 0808 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). You can also message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram (Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM / Saturday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) or email us at customercare@sunlightair.ph along with your booking reference.

• Can I request same-day flight changes?

  Yes, you can request changes for your flight on the same day, provided it's done at least four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time. However, please be aware that it will be subject to a rebooking fee of Php 2,500.00 per way and any applicable fare differences.
