TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Rates shall only apply to bookings under Sunlight Air's booking form or via Asia Pacific Travel and Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay.
• Package rates cannot be applied or combined with other travel packages or promotions.
• All seats and rooms are subject to availability.
• A check-in baggage allowance of 10 kilos and hand-carry baggage of 7 kilos per passenger apply.
• Sports and diving equipment may be accepted but are subject to weight and space capacity. The passenger/s must advise special baggage requirements at the time of booking.
• Rebooking, Refund, and Cancellation Policy: All flights are non-refundable, but rebookable up to 2 times and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Rebooking must be made 7 days prior to the booked travel dates. The penalty shall be applied if rebooking is done with less than 7 days notice. Medical or accidental reasons are exempted. Rebooking dates are still subject to availability.
• Name change on the travel package booking caused by special or critical occasions (e.g. medical conditions), is subject to a P1,500 fee per segment or leg per passenger. The flight must be flown within 1 year from the original flight booking subject to fare differential and availability of seats.
• Flight schedules may be subject to change due to operational or commercial reasons.
• Package rates may be subject to change. The airfare rate is subject to change during super peak season.
• Flights are unscheduled and are not commercial. Flights are chartered by Sunlight Air’s official travel partner, Asia Pacific Travel. Only specific travel dates and limited seats are allotted.
