Terms & Conditions

APPLICATION

• Applicable on ONE-WAY or ROUNDTRIP economy class of service. Above rates are base fare only and exclusive of 12% VAT, YQ, ASF, and DPSC (out MNL & out CGM, SWL & WNP & out CRK & out USU).

• Same fare applies to Adult (12 yrs old above) and Child (2 -11 yrs old) passengers.


TRAVEL VALIDITY : 1 year from date of departure (Y-Z).


RESERVATIONS, TICKETING AND PAYMENT

• For Y to L : Must be completed within 72 hours from time of confirmed reservations

• For Q to Z : Must be completed within 48 hours from time of confirmed reservations

• For P to D : Must be completed within 24 hours from time of confirmed reservations

• For Y to D : If booked thru Internet Booking Engine - BOOK and BUY policy will apply


NAME CHANGE : Not Allowed


BOOKING AND FLIGHT CHANGES

• Open dated itinerary is not allowed.

• Bookings WITHOUT names are NOT allowed.

• All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REROUTABLE. However, in cases of flight disruptions/cancellations or irregular operation tickets will be refunded in full. The normal refund procedure shall apply.

Flight changes are allowed subject to seat availability and the following :

• up to 72hours prior departure without a fee and fare upgrade if applicable

• beyond 72hours prior departure shall be subject to a rebooking fee and fare upgrade if applicable.

• NO SHOW passenger's tickets are forfeited except for medical reasons and other special cases. Supporting documents must be submitted and subject to approval.


PENALTIES AND FINES

• REBOOKING FEE: PHP 2500 per passenger/sector (inclusive of VAT); subject for fare difference if applicable

• ADMIN FEE: WEB PHP 250 per way/per passenger (inclusive of VAT); non-refundable CALL CENTER PHP 350 per way/per passenger (inclusive of VAT); non-refundable


INFANT FARE / DISCOUNT

• Infant Fee : PHP 800 (inclusive of VAT) per sector.

• Infant (without seat) must be at least 16 days old and below 2 years of age from date of travel.


OTHER DISCOUNTS

• Senior Citizen - must present issued OSCA ID.

• Person With Disability (PWD) - must present issued PWD ID entitled to a 20% discount, he/she shall use either his/her OSCA ID or PWD ID card to avail of the 20% discount.

• In cases where the passenger is a Senior Citizen and also a Person with Disability (PWD) : For Senior Citizen or Person with Disability (PWD) passenger/s - can avail of the promo fare offered or the 20% discount, whichever is lower and more favorable.

* At this time, our website is unable to facilitate PWD/SCD discounts due to system limitations. We recommend that you direct your request to sales@asiapacific.ph for assistance with discount bookings.


OTHER CONDITIONS

Free Baggage Allowance (FBA)

• Adult/Child : 7KGS hand carry & 10KGS check-in baggage for regular fare

• No FBA for infants.

• Handcarry baggage 7 kilos with maximum dimension of 20cm x 35cm x 40cm.

Excess Baggage Rate

• PHP 336 per kg inclusive of VAT.

Passenger and Baggage Provisions

• The carriage of passengers and their baggage is governed by the Conditions of Carriage set forth by Sunlight Air. The management retains the prerogative to deny boarding and transportation to any passenger who contravenes any provision within the Conditions of Carriage.
