A Service Recovery Voucher is a form of compensation offered to Sunlight Air passengers who have experienced flight disruptions at the airport on the day of the flight. The value of a Service Recovery Voucher is determined by the terms and conditions associated with the specific voucher issued to you. It can cover either a one-way or roundtrip flight.

You can redeem a flight using your Service Recovery Voucher by completing the form at sunlightair.ph/travelcert. Vouchers must be redeemed at least fifteen (15) days before the planned departure date and are not valid for bookings during embargo dates, holidays, and peak periods.
Any ancillary services or add-ons, such as prepaid baggage and seat selection, will incur extra charges. They can be settled during or after voucher redemption or at least forty-eight (48) hours before the departure date.
