Terms and Conditions

• Promo starts on November 15, 2024 at 12:00 AM and ends on February 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

• Promo is open to any individual 18 years old and above residing in the Philippines. All employees of Sunlight Air and its sponsors for this raffle such as Sunlight Hotels and Resorts, Landers Superstore, and Marks & Spencer as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.  

• Promo applies to all flights offered by Sunlight Air.

• Only bookings made through Sunlight Air’s official website (www.sunlightair.ph) or the Sunlight Air App, will be considered eligible entries. Bookings made through other apps or websites (e.g. Kiwi, etc.) will not be eligible.

• There is no minimum purchase required. Each booking reference counts as one raffle entry.

• Promo can be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts, and privileges, except for those that require a promo code as the system only allows one promo code to be applied per transaction.

• The prizes for the BERry, Merry Sunlight Christmas Raffle are as follows:

• First Prize – One (1) winner of a 3D2N Fly and Stay package at Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort’s Salepan Villa for four (4) people.

• Second Prize – One (1) winner of a roundtrip flights to any Sunlight Air destination for two (2) people.

• Third Prize – One (1) winner of a Php 10,000 shopping spree at Landers Superstore.

• Consolation Prize  – Ten (10) winners of a Php 1,000 voucher at Marks & Spencer.

• The entry database will be exported from the backend system on February 18, 2025, before the grand draw. 

• Grand draw and determination of winners will be held at 10:00AM on February 20, 2025 at Ri-Rance Corporate Center 1, Aseana City, Tambo, Paranaque City. Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative.

• Each booking reference number drawn shall be verified by checking the booking reference number and participant details from the back-end system. Participants found to be noncompliant with the mechanics will be disqualified and another draw will take place.

• Participants are eligible to win only one (1) prize. If a participant is drawn more than once, they will receive the prize with the higher value. The winning entry will be assigned to the lead passenger of the booking.

• Names of winners shall be posted on Sunlight Air’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/experiencesunlight and Instagram page at www.instagram.com/experiencesunlight/ on February 25, 2024.

• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Sunlight Air with prior approval of DTI.

• Prize taxes shall be shouldered by Sunlight Air and its sponsors. 

• This raffle promo is organized by Sunlight Air and its sponsors, such as Sunlight Hotels & Resorts, Landers Superstore, and Marks & Spencer.

• Prizes provided are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. 

• By participating in the raffle promo, participants agree to abide by the rules and Terms & Conditions of the promo. They also consent to cooperate with any publicity activities by Sunlight Air and its sponsors related to the promo, including the public announcement of their names and photos.
