Travel Fund Terms and Conditions *

Validity Period: The Travel Fund can be used for future bookings within 365 days. Redemption: To redeem the Travel Fund, email customercare@sunlightair.ph. It can be used for new bookings for the same person or others, as well as for Ancillary Products, fees, and penalties. Multiple transactions can be made using the Travel Fund. If the Fund exceeds the amount due, the remaining balance can be used for future transactions within the validity period. If the Fund is insufficient, another form of payment can cover the remaining balance. Refundable Amount: Only the Fare is included in the refund or Travel Fund, excluding non-refundable fees like change fees and administrative fees.
