Travel Certificates

Under various circumstances, passengers and travel partners can receive a travel certificate from us. If you were able to obtain a Sunlight Air travel certificate and would like to redeem it, kindly input the following details to get started!

  • Inclusions: This travel certificate entitles the bearer to one (1) one-way ticket to any destination served by Sunlight Air and comes with 10 kg checked and 7 kg carry-on baggage allowance. Value Added Tax (VAT) and terminal fees are excluded and may be paid upon or after redemption of this certificate. Any add-ons, such as prepaid baggage, meals, seat selection, and insurance, will be subject to additional fees, which can be paid upon redemption of the voucher or at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the booking confirmation.

    Redemption: This travel certificate may be redeemed at sunlightair.ph/travelcert for transportation on any Sunlight Air flight. Certificates may not be redeemed at travel agencies or other travel websites.

    Validity: This travel certificate is valid for the redemption date indicated on the voucher. Prior reservation is required at least fifteen (15) days prior to the intended date of departure, and seats are subject to availability. This certificate is not eligible for travel during holidays or peak season dates. Travel is allowed beyond the validity period, provided that redemption was made prior to the expiration of this certificate and the travel date is within six (6) months of the expiration date. Redemptions made outside the validity period are not allowed. The validity period will not be extended.

    Ticketing information: Travel certificates are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded or bartered, non-returnable, non-endorsable, and may not be redeemed for cash, check, or credit. Certificates are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges. No credits or rebates shall be applied to the unused portion of the certificate. Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

    Rebooking: Rebooking is allowed with a fee of Php 2,500.00 and must be done at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the departure date within the validity period. Additional charges may apply in cases where the value of the new flight is greater than the travel certificate. Failure to cancel prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of the ticket.

    The decision and/or interpretation of Sunlight Air regarding the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the right to supply additional terms and conditions not expressly stated herein, shall be final, conclusive, and binding for the Parties.

    Select flights are chartered by Sunlight Air’s official travel partner, Asia Pacific Travel, and as such, are not commercial and unscheduled

    By redeeming and using the Sunlight Air voucher, the passenger agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as Sunlight Air’s Conditions of Carriage at the time of purchase and/or redemption.

    Carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to Sunlight Air’s Conditions of Carriage. Management reserves the right to refuse boarding and carriage to any passenger who violates any item in the Conditions of Carriage.
