While completing the passenger details form after selecting a fare on our website, please indicate your special assistance request. Certainly, you can bring your mobility aids or medical equipment on board. We kindly request that you inform us when making a flight reservation or before your scheduled flight if you will carry any mobility aids or medical equipment. Additionally, please be prepared to undergo security screening, notify the agent during check-in, and provide the necessary medical documentation for their transportation. Please make sure that your items are appropriately packed. If your equipment includes a battery, we recommend that you review our regulations regarding carrying batteries on board.

Mobility aids or medical equipment are permitted as carry-on baggage but are the passenger's responsibility.

Unaccompanied minors must have a physical original copy of their birth certificates read for presentation at the airport check-in counter. Additionally, their parent or guardian must have completed a form indicating information about the individuals who will assist them at the departing airport and who will receive them at the destination airport.

Our agents can accompany and assist the passenger with mobility aids or medical equipment from the pre-departure area to the aircraft and from the arrival area to their vehicle.

Pregnant passengers with a gestation period between four (4) weeks and twenty-four (24) weeks do not require a medical certificate. They are only required to complete the Expectant Mother Information Sheet.
Pregnant passengers with a gestation period between twenty-four (24) weeks and thirty-two (32) weeks must provide a medical certificate, which should be valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance, in addition to completing the Expectant Mother Information Sheet.
Pregnant passengers with a gestation period exceeding thirty-three (33) weeks and beyond will not be permitted to board and will be categorized as Medical Case passengers.
