• Which documents should we present when checking in for our flight?

  Upon check-in, kindly present a physical, valid, government-issued ID and a copy of your confirmed booking itinerary to the counter agent. If you are traveling with infants or children, please also have an original physical copy of their birth certificate.

• Is it acceptable to use a digital version of a valid ID during the check-in process?

  Unfortunately, we do not accept digital versions of your valid ID during check-in. A valid physical ID must be presented.

• How do I check-in online?

  You can check in online through experiencesunlight.paxlinks.com/web-checkin. Simply enter your booking reference and the last name of any of the passengers, and then follow the prompts to complete the check-in process. Online Check-In is available forty-eight (48) to two (2) hours before your flight's departure. You can change your flight details, such as seat selection or contact information. Please note that some changes may be subject to fees.

• I bought a ticket through a travel agent. Am I eligible for Online Check-In as well?

  Yes, you may use the Online Check-In feature on our website, and you only need to input your booking reference and last name.

• Can I use Online Check-In for my travel companions, including an infant?

  Yes, as long as the booking reference you've provided is accurate and the passenger(s) are aware of the flight details and corresponding baggage allowance.

• Is it possible to do Online Check-In for multiple passengers or a group?

  Yes, you can use the Online Check-In feature on our website for multiple passengers, up to nine (9) persons, booked on the same booking reference. Bookings beyond nine (9) passengers are already considered group bookings and cannot be processed online; you may check in at the counter instead.

• Can I use Online Check-In for my return flight?

  Yes, you can use the Online Check-In feature on our website for your return flight within forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled departure time.

• Can I make a seat reservation online?

  Yes, you can pre-select seats when booking or during the Online Check-In process. We offer a variety of seat options to choose from.

• What should I present at the airport if I have already checked in online?

  If you have baggage to check, please go to the baggage drop counter and present your valid ID and boarding pass. However, if you only have carry-on baggage and already have your printed boarding pass, you may proceed straight to the pre-departure area.

• What if I don’t make it to the counter or boarding gate on time even after completing Online Check-In?

  If you have checked in online but failed to make it to the counter or boarding gate on time, your ticket will be forfeited and tagged as “No show.”
