If you can't find your baggage when you arrive, please reach out to our agents so they can help you file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). You can also request updates on your baggage's status by emailing airportbaggageunit@sunlightair.ph.

If your baggage still hasn’t been found after twenty-four (24) hours, please consider reporting it as lost at the arriving airport. You may also send inquiries or concerns to airportbaggageunit@sunlightair.ph.

You will need to fill out a Guest Information form with your booking details at the arrival area.

Yes, we offer a First Need Allowance (FNA) of Php 1,000.00 to passengers whose baggage has been delayed.

Once we have located your baggage, it will be placed on the next available flight or transferred through an alternate airline. Rest assured, we will promptly deliver it to the address you provided as soon as it arrives.

Upon being notified of the lost baggage, a report will be filed, followed by an investigation. You will receive updates from us regarding this matter. Additionally, you can email airportbaggageunit@sunlightair.ph to inquire about updates concerning your baggage.

You can expect compensation for your lost baggage in the form of travel certificates equivalent to a one-way or roundtrip ticket.
