-
Flights between Manila and Cebu will be the sole routes serviced by Sunlight Air at NAIA Terminal 4 starting April 1, 2024.

For travel agency and group reservations, passengers should coordinate directly with their respective agents.

-
The shared shuttle service operated by Genesis Bus Corp. offers only point-to-point pick-up and drop-off between NAIA Terminal 4 and Clark International Airport. Due to government permit restrictions, the service cannot accommodate pick-up and drop-off at other locations between Manila and Clark. However, we are actively working on offering alternative drop-off points for the convenience of our passengers and will advise accordingly.
-
You may park your vehicle at Park ’n Fly, only a few minutes from the departure and arrival terminals. Kindly refer to the table below for parking rates:
You do not have to secure a reservation at Park ‘n Fly. Please note that parked vehicles and their contents are left at the owner's risk. Kindly refrain from leaving vehicle documents and parking tickets inside.
-
We highly recommend passengers take Point-to-Point (P2P) buses operated by Genesis Bus Corp. between Manila and Clark. Unlike regular buses, P2P buses limit stops at designated pick-up and drop-off points along their routes, significantly reducing travel time.
Another option is the Victory Liner bus service, which regularly departs from Cubao, Quezon City, to San Fernando, Pampanga. Typically, 133 buses are run by Victory Liner every week, but it is advisable to check their schedule in advance as they may vary during weekends and holidays.
-
The travel time between Metro Manila and Clark is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the traffic. Meanwhile, we advise departing passengers from provinces south of Metro Manila to allocate an additional 2 hours, bringing their total travel time to approximately 5 hours.
-
Sunlight Air does not have its own lounge at Clark International Airport.
-
Genesis Bus Corporation operates two P2P Clark routes: to and from NAIA Terminal 3 and TriNoma Bus Terminal (behind the TriNoma mall parking lot).
Here are their routes, corresponding schedules, and other details you need to know before you travel.

Yes, passengers whose original flight is at Clark may take the Easy Shuttle but should reserve and pay for their seat for Php 350.00. Bookings can be made at sunlightair.ph/easyshuttle.
-
Currently, passengers with reassigned flights scheduled after May 31, 2024 will not receive transportation allowances. But kindly be assured that we notify passengers about airport relocation in advance and offer them proactive service recovery measures. We are also actively seeking a transportation partner to provide discounts to Sunlight Air passengers.
-
Regrettably, Sunlight Air will not reimburse passengers with diverted flights who choose to arrange their transportation to/from Clark International Airport instead of availing the complimentary shuttle.
-
Yes. We will provide each shuttle passenger a complimentary snack/pastry and bottled water.
-
At NAIA Terminal 4, departing passengers with reassigned flights taking the shuttle service should first check in at their flight’s designated counter inside the departure area. Afterward, a Sunlight Air agent will assist them in boarding the shuttle with other passengers.
Arriving passengers riding the shuttle from Clark International Airport should first claim their bags (if they have checked baggage) and then proceed to the arrivals area where the Genesis shuttle is parked.
-
Before proceeding to the shuttle, a Sunlight Air agent will verify the names of each passenger included in the master list of those entitled to the service. Passengers not on the list but on a diverted flight to Clark must present their tickets for assessment.
-
No, we will not issue new tickets for diverted flights. We will send the final flight details to your registered email address, but your old ticket, stating your original flight to/from Manila, remains valid. At airport check-in counters, please be ready to present the necessary travel documents, and you will be issued a boarding pass stating your flight’s departure/arrival is at Clark.
We strongly recommend checking in online at our Web Check-In Portal to facilitate the process.
-
We strongly suggest passengers arrive at NAIA Terminal 4 at least 4 hours before their flight departs from Clark to give them enough time to check in and board the shuttle.
-
Please keep in mind that the shuttle service departs on schedule to anticipate unpredictable traffic conditions. Sunlight Air agents will happily assist those who miss the shuttle service at the airport in arranging alternative transportation options. However, passengers should be the ones who will shoulder the costs.
-
Sunlight Air passengers traveling between Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 or Trinoma and Clark International Airport are eligible for a 10% discount on Genesis P2P bus services from June to August 2024.
