If you find a lower fare within two hours of your preferred flight time, we'll match or beat it. Fly with Sunlight Air for unbeatable prices and accessible travel for everyone.

Unlike other promotions that offer low fares for a limited time, our "Lowest Fares...Always!" campaign is a year-round initiative. No matter when you choose to fly with Sunlight Air, you can be assured of getting the lowest fares available in the market. This continuous commitment ensures that our passengers can plan their travels with peace of mind and enjoy budget-friendly flights throughout the year.

  • Same Route and Travel Dates - The competing fare must be for the same route, travel dates, and times as your Sunlight Air flight. It must be a nonstop flight. It must be publicly available for booking directly through the competing airline and must be bookable at the time of comparison. Private or exclusive offers are not considered. 

    Regular Fares Only - The guarantee applies to regular fares only, not promotional fares. 

    Base Fare Comparison - Our guarantee applies to the base fare, excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges. 

    Within a Two-Hour Timeframe - The lower fare must be found within a two-hour window of your preferred flight time. 

    Booking Window - The guarantee applies only to bookings made 30 days before the flight or later. 

    Publicly Available - The lower fare must be publicly available for booking at the time you make the claim. 

    Same Booking Conditions -The fare must have the same booking conditions, including cancellation and change policies. 

    Unpaid Reservations Only - The lowest fare guarantee is only valid for reservations that are unpaid. Once a reservation has been paid, no refund or adjustment will be made. 

    Direct Bookings Only - The guarantee is applicable only to bookings made directly with Sunlight Air.

  • Ensure you check your flight through Sunlight Air's official website, mobile app, or by visiting a Sunlight Air ticket office. 

    After checking your Sunlight Air flight, compare fares on other airlines for the same route, travel dates, and times. 

    Make sure the competing fare: 

    ~ Is publicly available and can be booked directly through the competing airline. 

    ~ Is within a two-hour window of your Sunlight Air flight time. 

    ~ Has the same booking conditions, including cancellation and change policies. Note that sale fares and special promotions do not qualify.

    Submit a claim. If you find a lower fare that meets all the conditions, contact Sunlight Air customer support within 24 hours of checking your flight. Provide evidence of the lower fare, such as screenshots or links to the competing offer via email at customercare@sunlightair.ph.

    Sunlight Air will verify the competing fare and ensure it meets all the necessary conditions. 

    Once verified, Sunlight Air will adjust your fare accordingly. The adjusted fare will be applied to your booking. 

    1. The "Lowest Fares...Always!" campaign applies only to flights operated by Sunlight Air and excludes codeshare or partner flights. 

    2. The "Lowest Fares...Always!" campaign is available to all adult passengers (12 years old and above) who book a flight directly through Sunlight Air’s official website, reservations center (via phone or email), or ticket offices (excluding check-in counters at airports).   

    3. The following fares are excluded from the campaign: 

    4. Fares that are part of a package deal, including accommodation or car rentals. 

    5. Membership or loyalty program exclusive offers. 

    6. Special promotional fares with limited availability and specific booking conditions. 

    7. The "Lowest Fares...Always!" promo applies to individual bookings only. For passengers traveling with companions, only one claim will be accepted. Multiple claims by different passengers in the same group for different bookings or at different times will not be honored. 

    8. Sunlight Air reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Lowest Fares...Always!" campaign at any time without prior notice. Any fare adjustments approved prior to the modification or termination will be honored.
