1. Rebook within 30 days in advance or onward date from the original travel date at no cost. 2. Rebook beyond 30 days, and the fare difference will apply. Please note that this is just a one-time change. Thus, rebooking policies will apply for any further changes.

Option to Flight Reroute Terms and Conditions

The option to Flight Reroute policy applies to all passengers affected by travel changes from April 1 onwards. Rerouting must occur within 30 days before or after the original travel date at no additional cost. Rebooking/rerouting beyond 30 days will incur a fare difference.

Travel Fund Terms and Conditions

Validity Period: The Travel Fund can be used for future bookings within 365 days. Redemption: To redeem the Travel Fund, email customercare@sunlightair.ph. It can be used for new bookings for the same person or others, as well as for Ancillary Products, fees, and penalties. Multiple transactions can be made using the Travel Fund. If the Fund exceeds the amount due, the remaining balance can be used for future transactions within the validity period. If the Fund is insufficient, another form of payment can cover the remaining balance. Refundable Amount: Only the Fare is included in the refund or Travel Fund, excluding non-refundable fees like change fees and administrative fees.
