We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our commitment to revolutionize air travel in the Philippines. Beginning April 1, 2024, Clark International Airport will be our new home. This move aims to maintain seamless travel standards and enhance our ability to redefine air travel with more reliable flight schedules.

To facilitate a smooth transition due to the relocation of our primary hub, we want to inform you of the following changes to current and future reservations:

For departures/arrivals on or before March 31, 2024:

  • Most flights will continue at NAIA Terminal 4. If your flight is diverted to Clark, please note the changes.

  • A complimentary shared shuttle service between Manila and Clark will be provided for flights diverted to Clark.

For departures/arrivals from April 1, 2024 onwards:

  • Flights between Manila and Coron, Siargao, and San Vicente will operate exclusively to and from Clark International Airport, including the new nonstop service to Boracay.

  • The complimentary shuttle service between Manila and Clark for diverted passengers is available until May 31, 2024. Passengers who have originally booked for Clark may reserve a slot in the shuttle at a discounted rate.

  • Flights to Naga and Camiguin will be discontinued.

  • Terminal 4 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport will exclusively serve flights between Manila and Cebu.

If these adjustments disrupt your plans, you have the flexibility to rebook dates and/or destinations, request a refund, or opt for a travel fund. Please send your request to customercare@sunlightair.ph or fill out the form at sunlightair.ph/recovery.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transitional period. Your support is invaluable as we navigate these changes to enhance our services. As we move to Clark International Airport, we eagerly anticipate delivering an even better travel experience. Welcome aboard this exciting chapter with Sunlight Air!
