• What is a Sunlight Air Vacations?

  A Vacations Package is a travel package that includes roundtrip flights, hotel/resort accommodation for a 3-night or 4-night stay, daily breakfast, various activities, and more, depending on your chosen destination and accommodation. This convenient option eliminates the need to book your hotel and flights separately, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your vacation while we handle all the details.

• How do I book a Vacations package?

  Please choose a destination for your travel package. Currently, we offer Vacations packages in collaboration with partner resorts in Coron, San Vicente, El Nido, and Siargao. You can review the available Vacations packages and their rates by visiting https://www.sunlightair.ph/vacations

  Once you have determined which Vacations package aligns with your travel plans, please complete the booking form with all the required information. Subsequently, you can anticipate an email from our team with the cost estimate. All further communication will be conducted via email.

• Are Vacations packages inclusive of airport transfers?

  Almost all of our Vacations packages include roundtrip transfers between the airport and the resort. However, it's advisable to verify the package inclusions, as there might be an additional fee depending on the specific hotel or resort you choose.

• Can I add an extra person to our room?

  The availability and associated fees for an extra person depend on your hotel or resort choice and the selected room type. To inquire about adding an extra person to your room, kindly contact travel@sunlightair.ph.

• Is there no fee for infants and children when booking a Vacations package?

  A minimal fee for children and infants may be imposed, and the specific amount can vary based on the policies of the chosen hotel or resort.

• What modes of payment are accepted for Vacations package bookings?

  Payment options include making a deposit or an online transfer via BDO bank or using a credit card with the provided Ipay88 link.

• Can I rebook the Vacations package I’ve booked?

  Yes, we can accommodate rebooking requests if they are submitted at least thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days before the initial departure date. However, for requests made within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days of the departure date, a rebooking fee of Php 2,500.00 per person will apply.

  To request a rebooking, please email travel@sunlightair.ph, including your booking reference and the new travel dates.

• Is it possible to switch the hotel/resort included in the Vacations package I've already reserved?

  No, once you have booked a Vacations package, you can no longer change the hotel/resort accommodation.

• Can I change the room/villa type in the Vacations package I've reserved if I have a change of preference after booking?

  Yes, you have the option to upgrade your room or villa, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

• Can I refund the Vacations package I booked?

  Sadly, Vacations packages cannot be refunded. Nonetheless, you have the option to rebook if the rebooking request is submitted thirty (30) days or more before the original departure date. Rebooking requests made within thirty (30) days of the initial departure date will incur a rebooking fee of Php 2,500.00 per person.

• I've already booked a flight. Is it possible to purchase the Vacations package without including a flight?

  No, Vacations packages cannot be purchased without flights.
