Travel Fund

  • A Travel Fund is provided to passengers in the event of flight disruptions or changes made by the airline. This credit can be applied towards future bookings with Sunlight Air, offering passengers the choice of a Travel Fund as an alternative to a refund.

  • To redeem a Travel Fund, you can send an email to customercare@sunlightair.ph and specify your flight request. Alternatively, you can use it as a payment method when booking a flight at any Sunlight Air pop-up selling booths during travel expos or fairs. You can easily apply the Travel Fund to reduce the total cost when booking your new flight.

  • You can purchase promotional fares offered at our booth at travel expos or fairs using your Travel Fund. Unfortunately, it cannot be used to book flights on our website.

  • The Travel Fund remains valid for 365 days from the date of the flight disruption.

  • There are no blackout dates for the use of travel funds. Any amount exceeding the fare will be the responsibility of the passengers to pay.

  • All Sunlight Air tickets are non-refundable and cannot be converted into a Travel Fund unless a flight has encountered flight disruptions caused by the airline. To request a Travel Fund for your disrupted flight, please email your request to customercare@sunlightair.ph.
