• What ancillary services or add-ons are available when booking a flight?

  The ancillary services you can access include prepaid baggage and the option to select your seats.

• How do I go about choosing my seats, and is there a fee associated with it?

  You can avail yourself of seat selection through the Web Check-In feature on our website up to two (2) hours before your scheduled departure time. Alternatively, you can email customercare@sunlightair.ph your request and your booking reference number at least eight (8) hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time. Please note that requests done via email are not guaranteed until our confirmation, as they are subject to availability.

  Below are the rates that apply for seat selection:

  • Row 4 A / C / D / F and row 16 A / C / D / F: Php 200.00 per way

  • Rows 1-3 A / C / D / F, rows 17-18 A / C / D / F, and rows 19 A / C: Php 250.00 per way

• Can I arrange land transportation, such as airport transfers or rental cars, through the airline's website?

  Through Easy Shuttle, Sunlight Air offers shared shuttle services for NAIA Terminal 4/Clark International Airport and San Vicente Airport/El Nido Transport Terminal. You can make bookings and view further details at sunlightair.ph/easyshuttle.

  Our website currently does not offer these services for other routes, but our agents would happily assist you and recommend third-party service providers. Please email your request for assistance to customercare@sunlightair.ph.

• Is it possible to upgrade my fare type after booking, and what is the associated cost?

  Yes, please email your request along with your booking reference to customercare@sunlightair.ph. Fare upgrade fees apply and depend on the original fare type availed.

• Can I modify my choice of add-ons or ancillary services after confirming my flight reservation?

  Once payment for your ancillary services has been successfully processed, it's important to note that modifications to these services are no longer possible. Also, please keep in mind that all ancillary services are non-refundable. However, availing of extra baggage allowance is permissible.

• Is there an option to prepay for excess baggage to avoid higher charges at the airport?

  Yes, you can purchase an additional baggage allowance before your flight. It's important to ensure your baggage complies with the flight weight restrictions. You can acquire additional baggage allowance by emailing customercare@sunlightair.ph at least eight (8) hours before your scheduled flight or through Web Check-In at least four (4) hours before your flight.
